Pathetic customer service from CAPITEC BANK
<p>I have a current personal loan at Capitec Bank, and I have contributed a lot of money for their financial wealth. But they are blind to see the big picture. They completely decline me applying for a small loan (R5000) due to my so called high living expenses, but they easily loaned me over 60K a couple of months ago. Pathetic man...</p>
