pathetic customer service

i am so disgusted i gave been a customer for many years and have never been behibes with my payments they had a network issue on the 14the they had debited my monthly repayments but i am getting notifications , sms , emails that i am behind and in arreas with my payments , i have spoken to so many people promising it will be sorted and allocated to my account but till now nothing has been done what pathetic service now its as if i am behines with repaying
