Pathetic customer service
I have been sending a couple of emails requesting a prescribed letter from you guys till today i haven’t received it, I’m being sent from pillar to post. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated, i was contacted by David Lekgothoane from complaints department he was extremely rude and still not resolving my query, I need my prescription letter stop sending me from pillar to post for just a simple thing.
