Pathetic Capitec reversal procedure

Reversal procedure for Capitec is pathetic to say the least.... I mistakenly deposited R3000 into a wrong account using the App, getting my money back is proving to be a mission, I know need to go to court to get my money, worse of all the account I deposited into is dormant the user stopped using it a long time ago. The money for the A tradition ceremony at home to be help this weekend this means my uncles and family will need to postpone the family function because Capitec procedures are ridiculous...... After this is resolved I am moving back to my old bank and I am taking along with me my two burial societies, my friends and family I recruited when I first thought Capitec was the bank for the people.....
