Pathetic Capitec Response to Customer
Capitec disabled my online banking and access ****le when I installed the banking app on a phone. After an hour and a bit, the consultant (who was as helpful as he could possibly be) told me that despite his best efforts to waive the fee, I would have to pay R120 for a new one, which I had to do. I emailed their client services and got a very polite and apologetic email back and a promise that it would be sorted out in 24-48 hours. Five days later (yesterday), I sent a reminder email and got a cut-and-paste duplicate reply back. The same as they do right here on Hello Peter. What an eye-opener here - 26000 out of 33000 reviews are one star.

I have no reason to trust what you write because you clearly don't care.
