Pathetic Capitec Recruitment Policy

I was called 2 months ago by a lady from Capitec ,I was told that I'm Shortlisted for a customer service position and that I will be contacted within three weeks to write an assessment, she also sent me the link for the practice tests . Till today I haven't been contacted back ,I want to know when will I write this assessment as I know of positions available in the area .
