Pathetic Banking service

I have been waiting for a call since I did alert y'all stupid people that we wanted to reverse a payment that was made on the wrong account, but no one has bothered to even call even after I have given the refence number and the case was closed without a resolution. Such stupid customer service Capitec is the worse bank I don't even know why y'all are still in business because this is a joke seriously
