Pathetic bank

This is the most pathetic bank I have seen i once had an account with them but its over like 5 years gone by and by law the account has prescribed since its more then 3 years gone by and there as been no communication or arrangements made I have since been told that I will receive a prescribed letter and account will be closed on itc its been three months and still no letter received
