PATHETIC

<p>I went to Homestead Spar to buy food for lunch today but the transactions was declined, I then went outside to an ATM to withdraw cash and again my transaction was declined. I returned to the office and checked my statement and low and behold both transactions are on my statement and deducted from my account!!!!!!</p> <p>I did not receive the food nor the cash. How is this even possible.?????</p>
