Pathetic

Capitec is an excuse for a bank, I'm so tired of their poor and lazy service. Having to explain the same thing every month over and over to 5 different people who always say "will leave notes on your account", "our calls are recorded" but still have to deal with the same issues. Money huge amounts of money being debited in my account and I know when I call them they only going to pay back a small portion of it.I am really tired of this bank I'm canceling my account and moving all my money. ****en pathetic excuse of a bank .
