Pathetic
Never ever bank with Capitec. I made a payment via my cell phone app which I want to reverse. Capitec tells me that they need to get the permission of the other person to send MY MONEY back to me!!!! I have banked with Std bank, ABSA made cell phone payments with them an never heard of anything this ridiculous. Capitec just lost me an my entire families business an others that I will be telling.
