Partly happy

So far I am happy with this bank when it comes to customer service in some places. But in some places you have to stand in long ques to get help in the branch. Sometimes they just close with no reason. They take a long time to finish G4S whenever they come to the branch and we have to wait for a long time for them to finish. Sometimes you leave without doing what you came for. Although other branches offer excellent service others not so much.
