Paid up since April 2024 still Handed Over - 2 year wait

Capitec Account *** PAID UP R0 since 18 April 2024. I have Form 19 from Matea Credit Clinic ***. Waiting 2 YEARS for clearance.

First DC MSA *** CLOSED. Second DC Matea CANCELLED by Tribunal 10 July 2024 Case ***. NCR was ordered to move clients but never did.

Capitec incidents *** and ***. Rishka Ebrahim says need Form 17.7 but both DCs gone/cancelled. XDS still shows Handed Over, ABSA declined R90k consolidation.

I escalated to NCR *** and Credit Ombud with Form 19 and Tribunal proof. Please accept Form 19 and clear XDS. ID ***.
