Paid up loan super delayed service
Capitec is the worst I paid my loan up but still my status is owing. I emailed them and the response was 'we have forwarded your query to CCS they will respond within 5 working days mxm. When you ask your money do I say wait 5 working days. Why is no one calling to say we have updated your details on our system? But they call all times of the day to inform you that you are owing.
