PAID UP LOAN ACCOUNT SOLD TO DMC

My Capitec loan account was handed over to Gerhard van der Merwe collections firm ,which on the 21 of September 2018 they gave me special discount settlement quotation of R45000 which was valid for 5 days. I settled the account same day, and paid up letter was sent to me.

on the 5th of October 2018 at 15:30 . I called Capitec (***) a consultant, according to the recording advised me that my account was sold to DMC end of September whereas I settled account on the 21 September. I sent through email to ********** and I am not happy with the responses.

I would like to know who authorised the special discount settlement to Gerhard van der Merwe and was there any communication made to them advising them they are no longer allowed to collect funds from me, and the account was sold to DMC.

The recording does not correspond with the date off account being sold on the 20th, the consultant said it was sold AT THE END OF LAST MONTH (September). T

I am not going to communicate with DMC as I never made any arrangement or business with them. Capitec must sort this mess.
