Paid up letters

We had 2 accounts with Capitec, which has been handed over to Brooks and Luyt attorneys. The accounta has been paid up. We requested our paid up letterd for over a year now, without any success.

We keep on following up, all they tell us is thatt they will phone us back. We are still awaiting the paud uo letters and this is unacceptable, and very unproffessional.
