Paid Up Letters

So I paid DalyCall for 2 loans that were handed over by Capitec Bank mid May of this year. I have been waiting for my paid up letters because as much as they have updated on some Credit Bureaus but it still shows on Transunion and when I call DalyCall, they say they waiting for Capitec to send the Paid Up letters. How much longer do I have to wait for these because on my profile at Capitec, my statements show they have been paid and zerod out
