PAID UP LETTERS!!

Paid off my 2 loans with Capitec via MBD. I have received the paid up letters from MBD confirming that i owe zero rands to capitec. I then went to the bank to also request paid up letters from them, to my surprise they could not provide me with anything. the consultant called their head office/call center but still no assistance. i have been up and down for weeks trying to get help and i realized my loan accounts are still accumulating interests!! this is appalling and dreadful service. i need those paid up letters and as quickly as you'd debit your installments! I have 600 ref numbers!! i am tired!!!
