Paid up letters

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I was under debt review for four years and last year i paid out all my outstanding debts and have received all my paid up letters from the rest of my creditors except for Capitec Bank. It's been 10 months since i've settled my account with them but they are refusing to cooperate with my agents in giving out the paid up letter so that i can finally receive my clearance certificate. This issue is really affecting my life negatively, I'm not able to get employment as this is reflecting badly on my credit record. I'm a single mother and have a son that needs to be taken care of, How am I supposed to take care of my son if i cannot get a job. i did not waste any time in paying off my debts, now why are you dragging this out?</p>
