Paid up letter taking forever
I am struggling to get a paid up letter from Capitec bank.I settled a loan on 01 February 2019 but that loan is still reflecting in my record.I went to capitec asking for paid up letter.then the consultant sent me to Vertex then Vertex send me to capitec.i am confused and stressed because Capitec send me from pillar to post.Poor services at Capitec.

21 May 2020, 14:14I went to capitec northmeat because one of consultant called me yesterday to come and collect a letter 2day.when i artived there, no letter. they told me about another 5 working day.My heart is bleeding, broken and hurt because of treatment i get from capitec bank.i was declined to get home loan because i did not get a payment letter to prove that i don't owe Capitec.My debt counsellor was waiting for payment letter to get me out of debt review.all i can say about Capitec is that: its easy to apply for personal loan and get approved as quick as possible, then worked hard to pay the approved loan and wait for a year to get a payment letter. Hellopeter please help.
