Paid up letter still not received
Never have I struggled with you guys if been sending email after email asking for a paid up letter for my one account I had with you guys. If been at the bank about 2 months ago and even they have not received anything yet. I need the letter to give to my debt collectors as proof that I did pay it off or my name will never clear from debt please can I ask for my paid up letter for my account Capitec account ending with 4705
