Paid up letter now

Once again I'm back How long must I still wait for my paid up letter If sent a email to CCS Enquiries (Credit Management) every day and still have not received any emails back this is a joke call them they don't answer email them they don't replay I want my paid up letter now I'm GATVOL of this poor service. Maybe I should start posting all this struggles on social media before I receive any thing TARIQ never reply at all and I don't like this bot system that you have with the same reply on hello Peter every time
