Paid up letter

Good day

You guys handed over my account to Nimble group I have two account which have two separate account numbers settled one but the other is not yet settled so I need a paid up letter for the one settled so I can keep on my records so that it doesn't come back saying I'm still owing you guys I have worked for Nimble group before and I know ***** things happens there so I can get a paid up letter for this small account so I can settle the other and the company that will settle the other needs a paid up letter for this one account because on ITC still says I'm owing and I'm still waiting for my statement from you guys since from my last complaints one lady called said she will forward me till today nothing from her it's been three-months now there's payments I made in Jan and March if I'm not mistaken but not showing on itc
