Paid up letter
Capitec service leaves a lot to be desired,just imagine requesting a mere paid up letter takes forever,sent numerous mails to *** but to no avail

04 May 2023, 21:30I still haven't received the letter a mere paid up letter requested on Tuesday and not too sure as to why CAPITEC is dragging their feet just to give me the letter as I need it urgently,Capitec does not take clients very seriously ,so frustrating to wait forever for just paid up letter

06 May 2023, 06:22So frustrated with Capitec for a just a mere paid letter and it's now 5 days since I've requested a paid up letter but to no avail,just wonder as to why is to difficult to get that , requested paid up letter from other institutions 5 days ago and received them within an hour but with Capitec it must take a lifetime and a fight to get them
