Paid up credit not updated, 5 years later.
I had a credit card with Capitec Bank more than 5 years ago, I paid it off and it is still appearing on credit bureau as outstanding. They gave me the paid up letter and should update the records but are dragging their feet. Is it called inefficiency or I don't care attitude?
