Paid up accounts

The above accounts have been paid up and still showing a balance on my credit Bureau. they were paid up between the 20th and 25th July 2018. The last time i paid up my capitec loans it took 2 year before my credit bureau profile was updated, hence am writing now so you can finalize this quicker than before please. I take pride in capitec service but when it comes to updating our credit profiles you guys really fall short and i really hope that you can work on this process in house.
