Paid up account but not be closed

<p>i had account @ capitec bank the have problem paying it then it was handed over to attornys name "NIMBLE COLLECTION SERVICE" which was not problem with me the i paid in full on the 19th may got paid up latter on 27th may, then i called costumer service they said it will be closed in 21 working days then when to the branch account not close, then on 08th of july at boksburg east point centre they told me to bring paid up letter which i did the next day 09th of july then i was told it will take 5 - 10 working days but when i call on the 22 july agent Meesha told me is close the got the letter Megan will send the letter to the branch next day and close the account but when i check with the branch none is done, now Megan nor Sharon can't call out till to day no one can help me getting this account closed and paid up letter</p>
