PAID UP ACCOUNT

Can someone assist I was a client of Capitec bank years ago I paid off my account can some please update the system as I'm so tired of receiving calls and sms from different attorneys asking me to pay this account that was full paid on the 12/03/2014 can someone update your system it's really disturbing to receive such calls knowing that I have paid this account. now i'm R1000.00 where the hell that amount is coming from and i'm using my airtime call this poeple for your Negligence <br> <br> can some give me feedback once sorted.<br>
