Overdue payment error

I app**** for a loan at Capitec in December, the first loan payment was taken early in December which I understand since it was December. After the 17th of January my App was showing that I am overdue on my debt repayment. I immediately went to the Branch as I know that my agreed repayment date is the 27th of each month as I advised the consultant who helped me with loan that I get paid 27th, The Brach consultant advised me not to worry about it, it could be system error, the debit order went off on the 24th of January. I checked the Appy now and it says my next payment date is the 26th of Feb, if don't get paid by that date what is going to happen? I would like for this issue to be resolved. I do not want ant negative footprint on credit score when the next report comes out on the 20th of Feb
