Overdraft
There was an amount which was debited from my account which landed me on an overdraft. How does the bank allow an overdraft while i never signed for? I don’t even know who swiped using my bank card, i tried searching for the doctor that appears on the sms that came through but its none existent capitec did not want to explain the overdraft that went through.
