Overcharging

I took a loan on 21/01/2009 for R9200, I could not honour my mothly payments for sometime due to finance difficulties, I continued with my instalment but for a less amount than contracted originally, I enquired with MBD and was given this break down of balance: Capital amount R15049.90, Interest R1504.99, Fees R2107.86, Amount repaid R11500 and settlement amount R7162.72.<br> <br> As per these figures, my charges for the R9200 loan are over R9400 which I deem unfair, I need clarity on this matter before I can continue with any payment torwards this loan account.
