Overcharge of interest

I got into an Access Facility Agreement with Capitec on the 30/12/2021 which the repayment was supposed to be a 4 year 6 months agreement so I went and consulted at the bank even called Cape Town to ask for clarity but they were not sure what is happening. So I went again a few days ago to ask for more clarity and they basically just told me that I have been paying interest for the past 4 years and another 4 years has been added into the agreement, the initial interest was about 22%, but when I calculate it i have been paying almost close to 60% of interest for quite some time now, I honestly need more clarity on this but I am not getting any response from the Capitec team
