OVER INDEBTED SUE TO INCORRECT LOAN SUBMISSION
Upon applying for a loan beginning 2017, i was approved for a loan as per the consultant submitted incorrect qualifying criteria which has led to over indebtness and forcing me to go under debt review as a subsequent result thereof. I was under the impression that the qualifying criteria submitted was based on my affordability just to find out within 3 months i was completely over-indebted.
I FEEL CONNED!
