Outstanding Service Locally and Internationally

Never have I ever banked with such an incredible bank before, I have 3 bank accounts with 3 different banks and Capitec is by far the absolute best of all 3.

I recently relocated to the UK and I've transferred funds from my UK bank account to my Capitec Account but I accidentally messed it up some how but they responded to my emails so quickly and were highly efficient and resolved my transfer in a matter of days.

They even went as far as apologizing for the inconvenience caused but I was the one who did the transfer incorrectly they were not at fault, their customer service is top notch and they were so polite.

Keep up the absolutely phenomenal work Capitec you should be very proud of the service you provide
