Outstanding service Capitac Bank
I was at capitac bank the branch at plain street JBH CBD, The service I received from Thulani Mbele and the Brunch manager Solomon Letsholo was outstanding. They were helpful and friendly and made sure that they explain the process and helped every step of the way.
They are customer centric and Thulani was even making jokes cause he could see I was stressed out, Thank you so much for that. Being on that kind of space with them makes you feel like everything will be ok. Thank you so much for the outstanding service, we need more of you guys
