Outstanding Service by consultant Tsebo

On the 5th of December I visited the Buiten Street branch in Welkom. I was the 3rd client, I was happly greet by Louise and she assited with a ticket. I was then assisted by Tsebo to temporary change my cellphone. I told him that my phone was ****** and my card was missing. He adsived that I replace the card which I didn't.

On the 9th of December I visited the branch at Welkom Bok Street, I was so glad that I going to be assisted by Tsebo. He assisted me with creating a new card and updating my cellpone banking number.

It's more two years that Tsebo has been one of my favourite consultants at Capitec. He's very friendly and professional & he always go the extra mile to make my visit at Capitec extra-ordinary and worth it. Keep it Tsebo.
