Outstanding Service and customer service
I would like to compliment an employee by the name of Mecdonald Montsho from Capitec Bank of Rustenburg Platinum Square for outstanding service and customer relations. I was in the process of closing all my accounts and withdraw funds from Capitec because I could not get any help from other Capitec branch to complete my application for a credit card. Mecdonald surely walked the extra mile for Capitec and me by assisting, I am very pleased with his professionalism and eagerness to assist. Well done Mecdonald, you are definitely a star and a plus for Capitec.
