I made a call to central collections and was received by Ms Sbongile Khoza. This lady was kind and patient assisted me with such good manners and integrity. After I spoke to her she had to call me back for a rearrangement as it couldn't be done at that moment. Sbongile called me back as soon as she could, she was prompt and went the extra mile for me.
