Outstanding resolving query

<p>In 2016 April I took a loan my instalments where running month end. September 2016 I ask one of the branch in Krugersdorp to make deductions to run 15th since I now get paid on the 15th......but the consultant who was helping me choose on the system ad hoc payment instead of September payment installment. On the 30/11/2016 I app**** for another loan but on my existing loan instead of showing 4 months left for loan repayment it shows 5 months. I was so furious as Krugersdorp branch and Key west branch could give me proper explanation n clarity on y 5 months instead of 4 months as I never escape any premium from my side. But today 05/12/2016 Consultant: Tintswalo Chauke and Manager: Geni Maritz gave me a clarity and assistance to resolve the matter. I would like to thank them after the hustle I went through..... may the good Lord bless them and continue to do the good job. THANK U :)</p>
