Outstanding, Personalized, Stellar Service

This is a review for the Rondebosch branch

I would like to say that not every review on Hello Peter is necessarily a bad one.

I was at the Rondebosch Capitec Bank on 27 July 2021 and the person who assisted me was Raeesa I believe. Well she was absolutely amazing. A simple task had me walking out of the bank feeling like more than just a number, more than just a customer. I've visited many Capitec branches across South Africa and it was the Rondebosch branch and Raeesa who had me feeling inclined to leave this review.

Outstanding, personalized service from one stranger to another. The bar and standard was set so high that I am still overjoyed by the stellar service received. Effortless service and a few suggestions from Raeesa made me feel that I could spend the entire day in that branch even though I only had to be the for 5 to 10 minutes max.

Job well done on the recruitment process to capture the services of Raeesa and a special thank you to Raeesa for going above and beyond the call of duty. I can therefore highly recommend the Rondebosch Capitec Bank

P.S I may have gotten the name of the person who assisted me incorrectly having been at that branch a few days ago, if I did the person in question has a few pastel highlighters so it should be easy for the management of that branch to single out who I am referring to.
