I would like to commend the gentleman by the name of Isaac Manaka, I came to the Gandhi Square Branch on a refund delayed from a Car Hire Company, Isaac went beyond ordinary customer service to make sure my deposit was refunded to me, that included calling the Branch in Pietermaritzburg to Emailing the branch and coordinating with them to release my funds, he also followed up with me and updated me on the progress, it was all done in less than 24hrs, its people like him who hold the Capitec Brand with high esteem and his professional etiquette is what is expected in modern Banking today, he is an asset for the Bank and should be commended for a job very done, Thanks Isaac, much Appreciated.
