Outstanding Customer Service from Doc of Fourways Crossing

<p>I wish to compliment Doc from the Fourways Crossing branch on his excellent service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the branch a few weeks ago to open an account and not only did he take the time and effort to go through the product details with me, he guided me on how to use the internet making and adviced me on a few things, he made a follow up call the following week to check if everything is going well. </p> <p> </p> <p>I commend the wonderful attitude, helpful approach demonstrated by Doc. I left the bank Satisfied for the first EVER! </p> <p> </p> <p>Capitec should be very proud to have such employees because it's likely to get good customer service these days ANYWHERE. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs up Doc for your outstanding & excellent work.
