Outstanding Customer Service!!!

<p>I am SO impressed with Andrea at the East Rand Mall Branch (NOT EASTPOINT) - absolutely incredible customer service! It's hard to get get compliment out of me but this girl deserves it. Her and her Manager worked hard to resolve my very simple issue. What impressed me most is that they worked as a team. One doing one thing while the other attended to another. They made the experience so pleasurable. Thumbs Up and Well Done Guys! The service at East Rand Mall (again, not East Point) is a lesson that ALL OTHER BRANCHES must soon learn and adapt :-)</p>
