Outstanding customer Service

I have always been happy with the customer service given by Capitec staff (email, telephonically and in person) but yesterday I was totally blown away by the service received from Katlego (counter 10) at Capitec Fourways Mall. That lady deserves a raise :-). Popped in during my lunchtime to sort out a debit order. I thought I would have to explain to boss why I am late. No No No Katlego helped me with a smile and a joke and in less than 10 minutes I was done. Keep that beautiful smile, Katlego. You made a difference to my day and gave me faith that excellent customer service does still exist.
