outstanding balance

Good Day Sir<br> <br> Hope this complaint finds you well and in good health.<br> <br> Kindly note I have an outstanding loan balance with capitec bank which I haven't been paying my instalments due to financial problems. My grievance is that brefore I stopped paying the loan I did let the bank that I'm going through financial issues and can they freeze my account till I financially stable again and the consultant confirmed that it will be done. To my surprise I got phone calls from the lawyers to say my account has been handed over and I had to explain my situation over n over again. I just realized now recently that the bank has changed lawyers from the ones I was dealing with and it seemed these ones don't have any details. I'm very irritated cause I have to keep on explaining same thing every time. I recently contacted the new lawyers and told them I am prepared to pay off my account but I cannot pay the interest as I'm am unemployed now another thing that makes me upset is that when I stopped paying my balance was +50k including interest now I find it surprising that the amount Has escaleted to 80k WHY? Whereas I did explain my situation? <br> <br> I would like you to take a look at this. <br> <br> Thank you
