Outstanding amount of policy
I took out a policy/cover for my cousin. Unfortunately he passed due to an accident, when someone you covered passes away from an accident they pay out double. I received half of the portion and i have not received the other amount. They are requesting for a post mortem and i have not received one, it has been 4 months now.
