Outstanding amount

<p>Good Day , my name is Mpho I have a problem with Capitec I had a loan with them and about a year ago I thought I have settled my account , around January I got a letter saying i must pay an outstanding amout I went to Jabulani Mall to sort it since I got a letter from Capitec stating that I have paid my account In full and they where surprised and send it to their head office , a month later their lawyers Hammond Pole contact me and I send them my letter they said it must be an error they are going to sort I out, but now I receive a summons from the Sam lawyers saying they are taking a legal action against me , please assist with this matter because it is my life a leaving hell. </p> <p> </p>
