Outrageous so called admin fees

On the 8th of August, me and my wife went to the Aliwal North branch where we enquired about the admin fees for early release of our fixed term account, we were informed that the amount wil be R12600 roughly. Today (15th)we went back and was informed that the early release admin fees is now R100 000.That is a percentage of 25%.Really, R100k admin fees? This is *******.Previously when we withdrawn funds from this same account the admin fees were not near the 25%mark.Whats more, when I demanded to speak to the branch manager or the assistant manager, I was informed that neither of them are in, how does that work? You open a branch of a commercial bank without your manager or assistant manager? Something stinks here, *****, theft of clients money under the disguise of admin fees? Because there is no way that admin fees can amount to 25% of the amount to be withdrawn. Lastly, nowhere in the banking fees for 2022 do they mention a 25%admin fee for this type of transaction, thus misleading your clients, or rather withheld vital information from them not allowing them to make a informed discision.
