Outdated system
Worse bank ever. I sent money to a wrong person and when I called em immediately after paying someone by the name of Mbali said their system is in night mode so they can’t help me. They’re a bank which bank put a system on night mode at night. If it was a matter of life and death I’d be *****ed. I tried calling em again and I waited for over 10 minutes with no answer. Capitec really is unreliable big time.
