Our monies are not safe with Capitec Bank

I was happy with this bank until i found an unauthorised debit order that Capitec allowed, the debit order was R37.92 , the reversal fee is R40, which means i did not get my money back, instead i paid extra, the Consultant at Ke Nako Mall wasn't helpful either, he told me to print a statement and call the company that is debiting my money because the bank cannot do anything about it, is this a normal procedure? allow access to my money without consent then tell me you can't do anything about it? i am disappointed

Got a call from Mziwa, he was very clear, all i needed was some little education i guess, Mziwa also promised that he will ask the accounts Dep to waiver the reversal fee as a once off good will gesture from from the bank side, the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction, i now know better, thank you to all involved.
